We believe in creating spaces where everyone can thrive—connecting with others, sharing experiences, and lifting up our community through thoughtful service. Whether it's volunteering at local events, organizing charitable projects, or just hanging out and swapping stories, we’re all about building meaningful connections that last.Join us for good times, great people, and a whole lot of giving back. It’s not just about what we do, it’s about how we do it, and we do it with passion, heart, and a whole lot of fun! So, are you ready to connect, create, and give back? Let’s make a difference, together.

Letters   from
the FOUNDERS

After retiring from a long career in correctional medical administration, I found myself with the time and space to ask, “What now?” That question led me on a journey of self-discovery, one rooted in my upbringing as a preacher’s kid, where I learned the value of service, community, and showing up for others. Strictly Chic was born from that calling—a space where people can connect, give, grow, and move as a powerful collective. We are each a light on our own, but together, we’re a force. Strictly Chic is more than a social club. It’s a collective. Each of us is powerful on our own, but when we move together with intention and unity, we are an unstoppable force. Whether you’re here to grow, to give, to heal, or just to find your people, I want you to know: YOU belong here! This is your invitation to be part of something meaningful, to build, to belong, and to shine. Welcome to the movement!

Growing up in the streets of North Philadelphia taught me to never take things for granted. The experience of being a young scholar, from a complex community, gave me a sense of responsibility to others and an understanding of the value of building strong communal bonds. My collegiate and military experiences further strengthened this understanding of the value of community. While matriculating through graduate school, I discovered how often governments and systems overlook people as individuals. That insight inspired the mission of our social club to bring the human touch back to our community. We are not just votes, numbers, or addresses; we are people who care, who lift each other, and who celebrate every triumph, no matter how small. Our lives are simply journeys, trips around the sun. Why not make each one count by helping others make the most of theirs? Join our Strictly Chic family and connect with others who share a passion for community and connectedness!

A&C Luster Foundation

Founded in the 1980s as The Temple of Yahweh Body of Yahshua Messiah, what is now the A&C Luster Foundation began as a traditional brick-and-mortar congregation, dedicated to building community, encouraging personal growth, and supporting individuals in search of healing and direction. As the needs of the surrounding community evolved, so did the organization's vision. Recognizing the limitations of a fixed location, the Temple transitioned into a more dynamic model—releasing its physical space and transforming into the A&C Luster Foundation, a mobile, service-driven initiative focused on outreach and community empowerment. This shift allowed the Foundation to extend its impact beyond traditional walls, embracing a more hands-on approach to meeting people where they are. Through community-based programs, grassroots outreach, and service initiatives, the A&C Luster Foundation continues to reflect its founding values of compassion, integrity, and justice. Whether through food distribution, youth mentorship, family support, or collaborative projects with other organizations, the Foundation remains a vital presence—committed to real-world impact through thoughtful action and community engagement. Rather than a departure from its roots, the evolution into the A&C Luster Foundation represents a return to its core mission: serving with purpose, walking alongside others, and creating meaningful change through service and connection.
